This study examines the concept and implementation of cultivating ethical attitudes in Christian Religious Education (CRE) for students in the digital era. The problem is framed as a gap between knowledge of Christian values and their enactment in concrete moral decisions, rather than as a generalized claim of moral decline among students. Using a qualitative systematic literature review that adapts the main PRISMA selection stages, the study applies content analysis followed by thematic synthesis. The findings produce an integrative conceptual framework that connects five dimensions theological, pedagogical, psychological, social, and digital with six formative stages: value recognition, critical understanding, internalization, habituation, praxis, and reflection-renewal. Implementation requires ethical role-modeling by teachers, dialogical and experiential learning, authentic assessment, digital ethics, and a coherent school-family-church ecosystem. The contribution of the study lies in clarifying how these dimensions and stages are connected within CRE character formation.
